Founded in 2009, Virtual Staffing Source is led by its Principal Consultant, Diane M. Day, a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of leadership experience. Diane has provided outsourced business solutions to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations, helping them strengthen operations and achieve measurable results.

Her career spans leadership roles across the corporate, non-profit, education, and government sectors, including executive positions in the medical and customer service industries.

In the non-profit sector, Diane has demonstrated a deep commitment to organizational growth and leadership development. She established and directed a leadership institute for adult ministerial students in both classroom and online environments, and has guided numerous small business owners through strategic planning and organizational design.

Diane holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership Studies from Geneva College. She resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys life with her family, including her son and grandson.
